Level Two / Developing Leaders
Admission to Level Two is dependent on successful completion of Level One.

In some cases, a person who does not have a high school diploma, but has shown his/her ability to benefit from INSTE studies,
and fulfills the requisites listed below, will be admitted to Level Two.
This policy is based on the belief that God equips persons for leadership by gifting them, and that success in Level Two can be
predicated on the student's progress in Level One. |
| The applicant must: |
 Have completed Level One with minimum of 2.3 GPA (C+).
Although academic achievement is not the only criterion for study, the Second Level does demands an ability to study college-level courses. However, INSTE considers the totality of the students record in Level One. Most important is the student's level of spiritual maturity |
Be recommended for study by his/her pastor or church board and by the Level One Group Leader.
Both the pastor and the Group Leader must fill out a recommendation form. |

Demonstrate his/her giftedness for spiritual leadership by service in his/her church.
-The candidate for Level Two Christian Leadership must be actively involved in some aspect of local church leadership.
- If a candidate does not fulfill the above prerequisite but has a desire to continue studying in Level Two, he/she may apply
for admission to the Diploma in Christian Ministry program, provided that he/she demonstrates growth toward maturity and is faithful
in service based on his/her giftedness.

Demonstrate the leadership qualities found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
Character formation is the basis of all leadership. The qualities listed in these Epistles are essential for admittance to Level Two. |

The person who wishes to study in any Level Two program must submit an
application and the application fee.
The application must be accompanied by recommendations (included in the application) from the student's Level One group leader, and from his/her pastor.
The application will also be accompanied by the ministry mentor data sheet.
