The purpose of this non-degree program is to provide advanced Bible and theology studies for the Level One graduate who, although not sensing God's call to leadership, desires to serve the Lord faithfully in his/her church, home, and community. As an extension of Level One, this program will help solidify a core group of believers who are faithful in service and support in their local church.

Program objectives
Through this program INSTE proposes to:

1. Build on the foundation of Bible and theology the student acquired in Level One
2. Strengthen the believer's spiritual formation in his/her local church through on-going accountability to his/her ministry mentor.
3. Enhance the believer's understanding of and support for Christian leadership in the church.
4. Advance in his/her ministry skills in the area of his/her service to the Lord and His Kingdom.
