We emphasize the importance of discovering one's giftedness and developing a ministry (an area of service) based on that giftedness. The four semester courses of Level One
will equip you as a disciple of Jesus in three areas: knowing, doing, and being. As you study these courses, you will become an informed, confident student of the Bible.
But as you master the Bible, we encourage you to let the Bible master you! Growth in faith and obedience to God is the ultimate goal of Level One.

Program objectives
Through this program INSTE proposes to:
- Foster growth in discipleship toward spiritual maturity as evidenced in Galatians 5:22-23 and John 15:8.
- Provide foundational biblical and theological knowledge to growing disciples of Jesus Christ.
- Prepare believers for ministry (service) based on their giftedness.
